3Account Registration

The following general betting rules apply across all sports at ES777:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are fixed except where the bet type is explicitly described as an "SP" (Starting Price) or floating-odds market.

10Account Suspension & Closure

ES777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks initiated without legitimate cause
• Underage gambling — where evidence indicates that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, ES777 is not obligated to return any funds in the account beyond the verified real-money balance (i.e. excluding bonus funds and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct). Where an account is closed for any other reason, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder through their verified payment method.

Account Closure by the Player
